Laura’s Place
Be warned that Laura’s Place is notSuitable for school aged children. I was clear about my availability prior to booking our first appointment. I then paid for the initial assessment and my child also had an appointment. Now i am told that the onlyAppointment available would mean that my child would have to miss half a day of school to attend. The whole experience was a huge waste of my time and money.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. After attending this service for several months, I was advised that I am not entitled to any reports, any notes or even confirmation that my child attending this organisation. Unhelpful, uncaring and unprofessional.

Our experience has been really good with Laura's Place. It has been really helpful to access different services at the same place and we've had caring professionals going the extra mile to help us. The ladies are reception are also very lovely and helpful. As an extra bonus, the grounds are great and our kids love going to visit the rabbits and chickens or to have a play on the swings before and after appointments.

We made appointments to see Laura for our 3 year old. She doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. We left the first 2 hour appointment none the wiser, despite being told she would give us some strategies. Our second appointment (and last) we were accompanied by her barking dog in a cage who was then let out and proceeded to jump all over my pregnant wife. Unbelievably unprofessional. Complete waste of $350.

The most uncaring and unprofessional company I have dealt with. Supposed to be a mental health service, but they seem to take pleasure in kicking you when you are down and then gloating about it when you try to speak to them.
