to right a review that completely encompasses the experience my wife and I had selling our house in QLD with us residing in NSW is hard. I will say a new standard has been set by Chris and Kathy that we don't think will ever be lived up to by any agent again.I will note that this was not the first house we have sold so the review comes from experience.we called Chris and Kathy with only the plan to sell,from the start to the finish was all sorted by this amazing team,thy had the house cleaned for inspections, organised maintenance repairs to the property, linked us with a solicitor in QLD (that has been amazing) sold the house on the first open with the average time on marked been 60 days, I can go on but believe if you decide to sell with Chris and Kathy property you will not be disappointed.
