100 Percent Freshwater Aquariums

I bought a $60 Goldfish deaf after 2 weeks even though it was swimmingupside down I was told it would be fine ,I bought a cannistar filter had nothing but problems I paid a technician he couldn't get going.Took it there they said they got it going I asked if I could get help with getting it going in my tank .Basically they dnt care.I have found the woman to be very rude once when I went in .I have seen dead fish some half eaten you should look after your customers.They obviously dnt care the guy slipped up and said that the cannistar filter they have no problem but he did say he had heard there was problems with priming .It is within time of warranty at least give me a new one a piece broke off early on.He kept saying he found it suspicious That is so rude and dismissive.I would not recommend if you want them to replace or help with anything.

Paid $70 for blue tang .last week and died after 1 day .We have 8 fish tanks and experienced with our tanks . We went back to discuss with them our concerns . The lady reply was basically too bad . .. we will never recommend or stepfoot back into her shop . Dreadful customer service

Been coming here since moving to the peninsula two years ago.Great little fresh water aquarium shop with salt water shop a few doors away. Unbelievable selection of stock at some of the best prices around.. All tanks are impeccably clean and all live stock healthy. Usually have whatever I am looking for. Friendly and knowegeable service. Get in before 30 june 2022 for 20% off all store stock. T

Nice staff. Chatty easy going. Shop interior was small but didn't feel crowded or cluttered. Also had frogs, blue tongue lizards and spiders. Good price on feeders fish

Good simple little shop. Not the biggest range but at the same time what you need. Good advise and happy to help.Would definitely recommend

They don't do refunds, so if u buy a pump for ur tank ,byt return it. They want give you a refund. 1 start .

The staff down at 100 percent freshwater are great to deal with and are always willing to answer any questions I have. The pricing on accessories is one of the best in North brisbane and will continue to get all my sponge filters, heaters, air pumps and chems from these guys.
