If you need the type of gear that Fergo's sells, do yourself a favour and buy from them. They have outstanding customer service, and will do whatever is required to solve any queries or issues you may have. I have no hesitation in recommending them very highly.

It really irritates me (and I wanted to use stronger language) that most of the terminal gear is on the wall behind the counter. I'd rather it was in a cabinet so I could see it without having to go thru a salesperson. It must limit impulse purchasing. It diminishes my customer loyalty. I know what I want, yes, better than the staff. And I work for a living, I'm not a thief. Otherwise a great shop. Great staff.

Staff very helpful and shop better stocked for fishing than the BCF around the corner which is for more varied outdoor enjoyment. Some great fishing gear.
