NO RECOMMENDED! Has to be one of the worst Strandbags stores! Be wary of a retail rep called ALISON at the Spencer street store (old DFO). She is just plain rude, has ZERO knowledge of the products they sell and acts like she is doing you a big favour by lifting her gaze from her phone to answer a product related question (which ofcourse she knew nothing about). Absolutely RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICEYou just lost me to your competition who i spent close to $1000 with in one transaction - a back pack, Pac safe travel bags and a range of ravel related stuff for 3 months of travel. Will be blogging the same on my website and posting on your FB page.

Awesome customer service in this store. We were served by a lady who was really informative and she bent over backwards for us. My wife is absolutely over the moon with her Guess handbag and matching wallet plus the flight luggage. Thank you

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Laura at this store. She was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase of the Guess Pandore backpack . She went out of her way to call up another store to check stock even though the shop was busy at the time. I was really impressed with the level of service. Kudos for a job well done :)
