Excellent service. Came same day and at a very good price. Job completed very efficiently, the guys were very friendly too.

October 2020, we had a pool of water build up just outside the front bedroom perimeter of the house. Our house is around 50-70cm elevated off the floor. Nunnys plumbing were contacted via Racv to investigate. Two tradesman come out, quoted us $320 for the first hour of investigation...then x amount there after. We agreed.When they come out...they dug where the water was accumulating. They then come to the conclusion that it's best to replace all the pipes under the house at a cost of approx $2300...cause it'll be too difficult to locate the problem. We agree.October 2021, we notice the exact same problem. Nothing has changed.We contact them again...One of the tradesman Andrew comes out. Aggressively dismisses that it's not their workmanship and makes me feel like how dare i contact them again. He proceeds to test the water pressure from the main. Then goes to the back of the house and discovers that possibly the drain water pipes aren't connected to the storm water pipes. And assumed all the water must be flooding to the front of the house. But to be sure, he quotes $320 for the first hour of investigation...and x amount there after. Again we agree.When he comes out, it was exactly as he had predicted...storm water pipe was broken. Then he quoted $1800 to break the concrete, fix the storm water pipe, and put a catcher for the rain water. We agreed. Ofcourse it would cost us further to fix the concrete.Dec 2021, the same issue continued. We had a good dry spell of no rain, however water would continue to build out the front of the house. At this stage we had spent well over 5k to resolve the issue and over a year later...nothing had changed. It was apparent that on every visit, they were reluctant to go under the house and truely 'investigate'. Did I mention my parents were aged pensioners?After i jumped up and down through a mediator via racv, they supposedly agreed to come out for free to investigate further. When they come out with an Racv tradesman, again they quoted $320 for the first hour and x amount there after.We didn't agree to this.Take out of this what you will.I wouldn't recommend them.

So great to deal with from start to finish. So refreshing to deal with tradies who will show up when they say they will and do a terrific job to boot! Utterly professional, cannot recommend them enough!

Great service and friendly team. Sorted out the burst pipe behind the wall and had water running again within a few hours. Highly recommend.

Good communication booking and scheduled appointment, plumbers were very thorough, done extra repairs and cleaning on the roof and drains.

I've used Nunny's for many years as I trust them. They truly are 24/7, and they really do everything - ducted heating, split system, plus everything you'd expect a plumber to do. All staff are professional and good at what they do. Trust is so important with a plumber - and you get that with Nunny's, and at a fair price.

used nunnys plumbing last week to do a service of gas heating and evaporative cooling which was done by Mark- paid 400$ for itI haven't ever had issues with the cooling over the last 2 and half yrs at this residence but after the servicing the cooler stopped workingwhen he came back he did something on roof and it worked temporarily, he said the control arm maybe faultyafter he left a few hrs later the cooler stops again....fed up with this service I got a different guy to look at it....hes sorting it suggesting the motor valve which maybe connected to the arm may need replacementPerhaps it was accidentally damaged during service else how is it that a perfect functioning cooler suddenly stops working after a service was done....now It's costing much more to fix this issue...
