I phoned yesterday to organise for repairs to my washing machine. I was able to get an apt for the next day. The serviceman has just left and I am pleased to say that he was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it.I would definitely use Ark again.Their prices were competitive and they were very punctual and helpful.

Hi,I had Noah from Ark Appliance repairs come out today . I booked the service over the weekend and they were communicating over the weekend to me and they came out on Tuesday which for me is great service , texting and letting me know the time frame they were coming . Once Noah arrived I explained what was happening with our oven and he found the fault straight away. He also had the part that I needed to be replaced in his van. Very professional and friendly and knew exactly how to fix it. Which is peace of mind . Will definitely use them again.

I had other companies tell me they were coming out between a certain window of time, but either never arrived or turned up after I had to leave.ARK were not only here on the times arranged, I was given the Tech’s mobile so I could call them direct if there was any problems.Great service and expert advice with all my questions.

Rang on Wednesday afternoon - service booked for next morning. Liam was friendly and professional - all parts required were in his van. Job was completed in less than 30 minutes and machine is back to 100%.I would highly recommend Ark Appliance Repairs
