Ashley catered for a Christmas party we held. He was absolutely fantastic. He thought of everything and handled the whole event with ease. Most importantly the food was fantastic. Everyone who attended the party were blown away with the food.Cannot recommend him more highly.

We had Ashley and his team cater for our Christmas function over the weekend, feeding dinner and dessert to 155 people. We couldn’t be more happy with the service and the food. Ashley provided a delicious menu of several dishes and successfully worked to our timeline, having all guests in and out of the buffet within 30 mins. We even had real cutlery and china plates - and he achieved this without having access to a kitchen on site!! Ashley was ever accommodating with his great sense of humour and totally took the stress off us, encouraging us to leave it to him while still enabling us to feel in control of the night. Already booked for next year’s event. Thank you!!

Ashley of White Knight Catering Services lived up to his name as a 'white knight' last Friday. It was my 60th birthday celebration and my husband organised a party at home for 30 people including family and friends.Ashley made the whole process very easy. He provided a list of delicious dishes for us to choose our menu with a guide as to how many alternatives to choose. He arrived promptly at the designated time, and masterfully took over the kitchen, creating impressive and tasty dishes for our guests. At the end of the evening he cleaned up everything, and allowed us to have a very enjoyable evening with our friends and family.I can highly recommend Ashley for your next function.
