Worse bloody pharmacy i ever been to I recommend not to go to this pharmacy, the pharmacy workers make a big fuss over little things and they NEVER listen to you and they don't know how to order diabetes stuff and they don't tell you that you owe them money till the last minute and say they are going to hold your medication (Webster packs) till it's paid I am going to go somewhere else

Poor service when the pharmacy won’t fill my prescription for the flu vaccine, saying they have none to dispense but have plenty to administer themselves, then try and talk me out of visiting my doctor and going to their pharmacy instead.

Just got back from this Pharmacy. No less than 10 members of staff and stood there for 10 minutes. Then the lady serving me made a huge fuss of me not having my medicare card. I was in pain, having been up all night in agony. Needed antibiotics for an infection. When I asked a question she told me to Get over it" . I then drove out to Starthfieldsaye to the UFS Pharmacy

I’ve been using Strathdale Pharmacy for a few years now, and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff are almost always busy, but always make me feel welcome and cared for. On many occasions, I’ve had pharmacists go beyond what is required in their position to care and provide specific health related information. The only recommendation I’d make is that they open earlier. However regardless - highly recommend.

Mindblowingly incompetent staff that seem incapable of issuing a script. Every customer had a problem with their script and staff just spent their time arguing rather than solving the issue. An hour to get a simple script filled! No systems, no processes and literally no idea what they are doing

Served twice this week by the same person in the dispensary, (I will save saying her name, but it starts with a ‘K’), rude and sour both times and coughs in your face. Booked my flu vax online as I was told that would get me in quicker, but had to wait 15 minutes because the nurse was busy talking.The pharmacist seemed nice and concerned about my wait, so I’ll give two stars for that, but I won’t be back even though it’s my local pharmacy.
