Kern Wi-Fi has been looking after my business for a number of years now. Their service is top notch and I can always rely on them. We have recently upgraded our internet service to Kern's Wireless Broadband and the results have been fantastic. We are getting speeds faster than the NBN and have not had a single drop out. I will always recommend Kern Wi-Fi to my friends and family.

I have two properties, one of them had very poor ADSL2 service, constantly dropping in and out, and offline during heavy rain storms. Other wireless companies couldn't get an acceptable signal to my house and when I was about to give up and just settle in for the long haul waiting for NBN to arrive, I came across Kern WiFi. They came out free of charge and checked my location and found a signal, the signal to their tower wasn't great so they gave me the option of upgrading the link to have a dish at each end, something that the others just didn't entertain the idea of. Once this was done I was online, faster than ever 25mbps download, much better than 4mbps (if I was lucky) on ADSL2. Happy with the product and the length they went to to actually hook my property up.

Kern WiFi have proven to be an excellent service provider with a focus on service quality and B2B relationships. As an ICT coordinator and business manager, it is essential that close attention is paid to my clients needs and the Kern team have delivered this where all others have let me down.Having a local service orientated network that does not put its shareholders above its customers is a huge bonus to small business in SA.

Kern could not have made getting a Broadband Wifi connection in easier for me. After I registered on their website, they made personal contact same day, organised a site survey for the next day and I was up and running a couple of working days later with a stable high speed connection. I have not in the 20 years I have worked in IT received better nor friendlier service dealing with an ISP for either personal or business connections.

Amazing. The team is just amazing, from the call centre to the tech that actually came out. Telstra and Optus really failed to deliver and help me with getting faster internet speeds in my area. I run an online business and needed 100mbps up and down. The team at Kern wifi came out the very week I called, and was patient and took the time to solve the problem! Love this group. Grateful we have a local provider like them.

A fantastic alternative to the NBN and Kern customer service is outstanding. When you call for tech support the person who answers the phone is not only local but is the same person that attends your property to fix the issue ON THE SAME DAY! No more talking to an overseas call centre for hours at a time getting passed from one person to the next and going nowhere. Kern WiFi price and quality of service is also excellent.

Kern Wi-Fi has provided a very fast and reliable broadband connection, I had previously struggled to find decent internet, however that has now changed. I am getting very fast speeds with no issues, could not be happier with the excellent quality. I recommened this company to everyone and is a great alternative to the NBN.

Been using the service for 2 years and very happy. Had a problem and what really impressed was the speed of remedy. Email request responded to within 20 minutes, technician dispatched within an hour and up and running within an hour of him getting here. (As a bonus he identified an issue with my I-Phone.)This level of service is just never seen these days.May the NBN be replaced by Kern!
