Excellent service and customer support!And a huge shoutout to Kevin, Alltel's Service Delivery Supervisor who handled my Support Request. Kevin was notably professional, patient and communicative when assisting with my support ticket. In addition, he was a pleasure to deal with. All of the things you would come to hope for as a customer. I highly recommend Alltel, not only for it's service but for their customer support team as well.

Phones have been down for a week now, keep getting promises of when they will be back up and keep not coming through. Has had a massive effect on our business. Apparently they kept a load of data on an old legacy server and didn't bother to back it up.After a week of no phones they seem totally oblivious of the damage they are doing to peoples businesses

Innovative platform and great customer service! I had the opportunity to work with Jay, and Alltel for my work's new business vertical, and the entire execution to set up a new 1800 call management system & inbound and call tracking services were excellent. Great in pricing, prompt in response, and quite an added value to your business if you're looking for a professional call service. Highly recommended.
