Mocha has the worse customer service I have received anywhere. If I could I would give them a 0 but that is not an option. I brought a bracelet off them which broke two weeks after I received it and has now taken 4 months to fix and I still haven’t got it back. I have called times. Every time they say they will call me back and not once has anyone called me back. Very disappointing I will never buy from them again

Rubbish Products. You pay alot for a leather" product that WILL peel. First time this happened it took a lot of time for them to get it fixed and now the handles of my leather bag are peeling again and they said it hadn't happened to anyone else. I don't even use it very much."

Mocha rings are ridiculous they charge 20% MORE for any size aside form 7 and 8... that is ridiculous. We had to exchange a present ring which was bought on sale but when paying the difference between the sizes they charge all the savings eg. a ring is $170, bought at $140 on sale as a present the larger size pricing is $205 so they charge $65 difference instead of exchanging for a sales price. As someone who received a ring as a gift and having to pay $65 just to EXCHANGE sizing... what a rip off! They should only charge as if the ring was bought at full price or really like any other jewellery shop NOT charge different for different sizing. WOULD not recommend buying from them especially for a present and especially NOT their rings.

Ordered from mocha online, it states orders are processed within 1-2 days and standard shipping is 2-6 business days, however I’ve ordered my products almost 2 weeks ago, and still nothing! My order still states unfulfilled. I understand it is a busy period, but I ordered at the start or December, there have been items from other stores I’ve ordered online after and have come very quickly. This is super disappointing, and I even contacted customer support via email and they said they’ll pack it that day and post it via express, that was 5 days ago. I really wanted these items to give as gifts for Christmas, before Christmas but it seems like it will be after Christmas that I receive these items.
