I loved dynamic reformer Pilates. I took my very first pilates class at Duo Movent, I was nervous about not being able to follow the it, but the atmosphere and the teachers make it such a fun experience. You always feel welcome and supported. The classes are always different so you’re never bored!Totally love it! ❤️

Best new studio to open in the west! Spacious & beautiful with a calming presence. Amazing variety of classes to choose from and each instructor help you feel comfortable and supported. It’s been 6 months since my last class and the girls at Duo made my return to Pilates one to remember. Highly recommend!
