If Turning up to an appointment that didn’t exist wasn’t bad enough.Being told “I’m not saying your lying, I’m just saying there’s no appointment in the system “ was so rude and condescending.You need to place more value on peoples time. And learn some customer service. You’ve lost a customer here.And the photo is on the card YOU gave me at our last appointment that clearly shows the appointment you were supposed to make.

Fantastic customer service here! I had a great experience at this pharmacy , the staff were very warm and welcoming and prompt in helping me! They also have a great range of products, i will 100% be returning. Highly recommend.

Hilarious! I witnessed the tension between an older dark haired woman leaving the checkout to the younger blonde one (11.30 am 16th June) which then bubbled into customer rudeness by the latter. It would have been a treat to see if we didn’t have another Chemist nearby! PLEASE get these two into some conflict resolution training or at least offer the younger one a pacifier! A seriously poor customer experience - I won’t be back!Update: 12th Aug. 20. Just to make the point that your assistants’ poor behaviour is costing you business: I went elsewhere today and last month for my pharmacy needs..I had to drive out of my way but I did so on both occasions for the reasons above.

Went to get prescription for antibiotics filled. Was told to take 3 per day. Queried this as the Dr had said 4. I was assured it was definately 3. I asked for them to check the prescription and she said her mistake it was 4 per day. Then had to ask for the label to be changed so there was no confusion. Not such an issue for antibiotics but could be dangerous if you are told to take the wrong amount of medication. More care needs to be taken.

I visited this Pharmacy and cannot thank the pharmacist enough, from memory his name is Michael, for his advice. Despite being quite busy he took the time to listen to me then assist me with what I needed. This is not my normal Pharmacy but given the opportunity i will most certainly be back and would recommend it to my family and friends.Congratulations, great service is clearly alive and well!

Has a good range of products, just like any other direct chemist outlet. Unfortunately the staff are quite rude. More than once the checkout person has carried on a chatty non-work related conversation with a co-worker while serving me, having neglected to greet me or acknowledge me past nodding to indicate they will serve me now. I have had good experiences with the staff there as well, so I guess it just depends who you get on the day.

I've been here twice and they couldn't be LESS helpful..The pharmacy assistant with reddy brown hair is abusive...I asked for an over the counter product ,explained in a letter from the hospital. The assistant threw the products on the counter top and said there are 4 types rudely to me.I showed her the type required and she told me there were 2 types of that brand rudely again.I could see the brand I needed just had different amounts of product, but left ,and I won't be going back...plenty of other helpful chemists, who aren't abusive.
