One of the most relaxing, rewarding massages I've ever had in Sydney! The whole experience was enjoyable - the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, and the staff were very hardworking.I had a 1 hour oil, full body massage - my masseuse (her name was Joy, would highly recommend) was very attentive, and asked where I would like to focus on, how hard to massage, and if I had any prior injuries. I personally tend to have a tense neck and stiff lower back from sitting at a computer all day, and she was able to get out all the stress from the work week within the hour.Overall, I walked in tense, and walked out a better, more relaxed man. Will definitely be back in the future, couldn't recommend the place more!

This was THE WORST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD!!!!! She went too fast, i asked her to slow down and she didn’t. 10 minutes in she swapped and went with my friend and I had her lady. I kept telling her to go softer, and she didn’t listen. She kept massaging me in the same position. DID NOT ask me where I wanted to focus on. She spent the whole time on my back and then turned me over and did my front legs for 2 minutes. Absolutely rubbish. 3 of my other friends complained and we all asked for a refund and they got defensive and started yelling at us and refused to give us a refund. We paid $80 CASH for the lowest massage and they couldn’t even give us our money back because we weren’t happy. And then one of their staff members (the first lady who i had for 10 minutes) started recording us without our consent and which is illegal.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MASSAGE PLACE. My 10 year old cousin could of done a better job than these people at their “profession”.

This would have to been the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. As soon as my lady walked in I told her my arm was sore & to be careful when touching it. She completely ignored me & starting massaging it. I later found out that she had her AirPods in which was why she didn’t hear me. I continued to tell her throughout the massage please go harder multiple times & she ignored me. My massage was unpleasant & not peaceful at all. She kept making noising, dropping things on the floor, coming in & out wasting time. My body was lathered in oil and when she wiped it off she using a cold towel on my whole body. It was horrible. I went there with my four friends and we all came out upset and frustrated as we all experienced the same thing. We spoke up to the staff & they weren’t hopeful at all. We asked for a refund & they didn’t give it to us because we didn’t stop and say this halfway through the massage. I wasted $80 for this horrible massage. The staff were rude & did not take anything we said into account. I will never ever come back to the place & do not recommend anyone coming here.

I've been to this place several times and have always enjoyed the massages. The last two times have been the worst experiences of my life. I'm not sure if they have changed staff/ownership. But yesterday when I visited I decided to get a 30 min foot massage and a 30 minute back massage which might I add, was recommended to me by the receptionist herself. My feet weren't touched the entire time.The lady that massaged me was a mature lady but didn't quite seem to know how to massage, I was in a couple's room with a friend and she kept on looking over to copy the techniques that the other therapist was doing. It was honestly the worst experience I've had with a massage therapist.She poured oil all over my underwear, left me uncovered without a towel and didn't actually massage me, rather she rubbed my skin til it started to burn.To top all of this, after it was finished, I spoke to the reception to give my honest feedback in the most polite way possible, and rather than being apologetic or offering a compensation, she decided to argue with me that the lady I had was with 20 years experience and was a very good therapist.Rest assured this place doesn't understand customer service nor do they want to.I spent $170 at this place. Never again.Think twice before you book here.

Average massage, paid for 30 mins and got 20 followed by 5 mins of wiping with a towel. when i questioned why she was done after only 25 mins all i got was an argument wiht her and the receptionist about the starting time when the large clock on the wall is there for all to see. Better off going to Tara Thai massage up the street, you will get tea, the full time you pay for and polite staff.

Just had the most amazing massage from Noom! Best massage I’ve had in a while. Deep tissue and used hot stones. Lovely venue and friendly staff.

This was possibly the best massage my partner and I have ever had. Staff were extremely friendly and provided the exact services requested. My partner felt like he was back in Thailand. Definitely recommend.

High quality massages for a fair price. Always a hit when my back starts to ache.
