I had 3 split systems installed by them, the salesman Matt was great had the quote to us very quick. The installers were also great, they did such a neat job, they cleaned up after themselves. The poor guys even worked in the rain. Very happy I went with northern air !!!!!!

I would recommend Northernair to anyone. From receiving my quote to having my AC install and working with me during COVID Lockdown to work in with builders. Friendly service, cleaned up (even swept floor inside) and made sure we were comfortable to the operation of the AC before they left . One very happy customer.

Sorely disappointed, and angry! Booked in for Fujitsu warranty work 3 weeks ago to be told today I'm not in their system, oh, and they're not doing any Fujitsu warranty work - too busy. I've wasted 3 weeks waiting for them, and now it will be at least 5-6 weeks before I can get in with anyone else. REALLY BAD customer service.

Hav'nt needed to consult these people since they installed my Air Conditioner 14 years ago . Then they were wonderful!!! Need to consult them now , will write a review after !!

Great team of proffessionals. Installed two units for us and came back several times when we had an intermittent fault to make sure everything worked.Tidied up after themselves, even did the vacuuming. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had a concerning interaction with a driver from this business while on the road. Despite not having direct business with them, the driver of their Ute was incredibly irresponsible and aggressive. He tried to merged without checking and then lashed out at us for this own mistake, flashing his lights, yelling, and beeping. It was an incredibly unsafe situation and left us feeling very uncomfortable. I have the time and number plate of the driver, which serves as proof of the incident. If this is how they interact with regular locals, I can't imagine how they treat their actual customers. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.
