Brazilian Butterfly in Ormond are amazing. Incredibly professional & very accommodating. Now that I've found them, I won't go anywhere else!

I just visited this salon at 37 weeks pregnant for some waxing ... it is an exceptionally clean, well thought out layout and the staff are incredible & knowledgable. Of all the BB I have been to, this is far and above the best one!!!

Chantelle is an incredible IPL and all around therapist! I was so put off laser when I went to the Australia Laser Clinic. But now I go to Brazilian Butterfly Ormond. She really takes her time, always takes care, and gets me AMAZING RESULTS!!! So incredible I really can’t express what a blessing this therapist is. Ladies if you need IPL ask for Chantelle! Amazing!

I am not the type to take the time to write a review but I was really disappointed with the quality of service I received last week.They are currently under new management and I had never had this issue prior.I went in for a wax and the hair, rather than being removed from the root has been broken off - essentially the same as shaving.The beautician also did not take the time to ensure her job was done correctly. I was in and out within 10 minutes.Nornally when I visit this salon before new management took over, the beauticians would take their time and had high attention to detail. It was always done to the degree you would expect when paying $50+.I wish I had checked before paying.Will not return to this salon.

This would have to be the BEST Brazilian Butterfly I have ever experienced! Abi and her wonderful team take such good care of you every visit, they are really great at what they do. I simply cannot recommend Brazilian Butterfly Ormond enough!

I first visited this branch in April while house sitting a short drive away and I have to say it is absolutely one of the best I have ever been to. Abi made my experience lightening quick and painless while still being thorough. I have since seen 2 other therapists which have also been outstanding. Despite not residing in close proximity to this branch anymore I still make the drive to have my appointments here. Thank you for everything

I got a spray tan here not long ago and if you need to be tanned for something you think is important hard pass on this place.I've tanned a lot over the years at a fair few places and self tanners, and I've never ever had as bad of a spray tan as I did here.It came out so orange. I didn't even think people made tans that came out orange anymore!! It was the most horrendous colour, next day I was going over with Bondi Sands to cover it up and not look like an Oompa Loompa.On top of that it was not applied well either. Hands and feet were shocking - didn't spray from enough angles to cover them properly.
