At 10:08 am wednesday 19, September i called wanting to get some dental work done but the girl answered and said this isnt the hospital centre in a rude way, very rude and felt like she judged me, maybe by my voice, dont know.When u get treated like that it sais alot about the clinic.

We had an emergency when my 13 year old broke both of her front teeth after a big fall. I rang Fairfield Dental Healthcare, my call was answered by Tara who explained the steps of what would happen, she was very warm and caring over the phone which already made me feel comfortable. As it was an emergency she fitted us in for an appointment. I had rung other dental clinics and did not receive the treatment that Tara had given over the phone. She immediately fitted us in for a visit. On arrival we were seen by Dr Tuan Doan. He showed empathy and was very friendly. He did an exceptional job of repairing my daughter's 2 front teeth immediately and restored my daughter's confidence after a terrible accident. You can't even tell. The detail and dedication blew me away. He is amazing! From the first point of contact until the moment I walked out of the clinic I cannot recommend highly enough!

I love my dentist Dr Doan. Friendly and professional as well as gentle, always taking the time to explain the steps he is taking during the procedure. He has the ability to put you at ease when in the dental chair. He is wonderful with my children and always makes a dentist visit enjoyable for them. Keep up the work Dr Doan..you’re the best :) An added bonus is the receptionist are super helpful and friendly.

I had two of my teeth extracted by Dr. Doan and he was excellent. I was very nervous but he was very nice and friendly and he made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel any pain at all and it was over very quickly. He is very professional and an amazing dentist. 10/10 highly recommend him.

My family and I visit for dental check ups and the kids love Dr Saad. Highly recommend, he does a great job.

Have been here twice now and will keep going back, even after moving to a different suburb. The staff are friendly, they're open outside of the typical 9-5 hours and their service is the best. If you're looking for a dentist, look no further ;-)

Dr Tuan Duan’s service was exceptional. Not only did I feel completely comfortable but the procedure was pain free and quick.

Professional, friendly and great customer service from the staff. Dr Doan is friendly, courteous and has been looking after my mum and I. I highly recommend this great dental clinic.

Hadn't been to the dentist a few years. Dr. Tuan Doan cleaned me up, was very friendly and was happy to explain the dental process when I showed curiosity.And to top it off, I walked in off the street, was greeted by a helpful receptionist and was seen almost instantly by the doctor.People seem to think the dentist is scary, myself included precariously, but now I think I'll be going to the dentist a little more frequently.
