I was told i was tooting my horn, when the problem is management..they let me go 2 years ago and they are still looking for staff...its the area manager in winmalee and the manager tatooed with a playboy bunny that is uncooperative get rid of management and people will work normally..the worse management i have experienced

Don't even recommend at all. When I applied I had 'related' experience to merchandising, but I wasn't really a merchandiser. The territory manager clearly knew this as this was discussed in interview. However, when I was in the field I received very little support and they didn't give me enough time to learn and adapt. Straight away said I wasn't fast enough. It's like treating your staff like rubbish. Not to mention all the modules that were required to do prior to starting the work. They took so long to complete and all UNPAID.
