I went on the train with my partner and I and we had an amazing experience with a lovely tour guide named Willi. She was very welcoming and made sure everyone had a great experience.

Such a beautiful experience for the kids, Willy was an amazing driver our child and ourselves enjoyed the experience very much highly recommended to view the waterfront without the walking.

What a great idea and worth every cent. Two pensioners, two little dogs and slow walkers. Train took us the full length of the waterfront, can get off at several stops or stay on for the loop. We saw much more than we could have covered by foot- 20 mins for $8 head great value.

Amazing place to go. The weather wasn’t in our favour but still we managed to enjoy coz of the train ride and the freshness of the place. We would love to come back to the pool on a hot day and go up on the giant wheel. There’s ample amount of parking available and some good restaurants nearby.

just hopped off from the train ride. Very poor experience. The Lady driver was Very rude. when we arrived the destination and needed to get off the train, my son stood there and was bit hesitate to hop off. The Lady driver came and said: get off. My son did get off the train after the Lady said it. I then found out that she didn't pull off the step for us so it's a bit high for my son to jump. He is 4 year old. While she waited for us to get off, she went back to the driver seat to check her phone. my hubby had to get the pram out without her opening the gate for him. It took him a bit of effort but he managed to. This was our second time riding on the train. so disappointed. The gentleman we had for the first ride was super nice and polite. They may be volunteers. But you represent geelong people when visitors go visit. So disappointed.

Great fun with kids. Amazing view along waterfront. Card payment made easy. Whole tour around 20-30 minutes.Train ride could be more informative with either audio/visual information of places around Geelong. Nevertheless, we had so much fun

Great experience for the little kids. Driver was very friendly and made the grandson at ease.

Very poorly run service . Pay for ride then tell you half way on first trip that train wont be coming back . Wait for another train . Then there is no tickets and no train came . Had to walk back with a baby and no pram . Very unprofessional set up don't use .
