The best customer service ever. I had been talking over the phone for a few weeks with Christian about a bike rack and he was so patient with me answering all my questions. Never rushed me at all and he said he will have the ezigrip e rack put together for me to check if it’s suitable I went there last Friday and Christian wasn’t there but Dale knew all about it. He was absolutely amazing. He demonstrated how to put in on and made sure I could still open my tail gate with the rack lowered. It’s the best bike rack. Thank you both for excellent friendly customer service

Amazing bikes! Christian and team couldn’t have been more helpful and patient in assisting us. We bought 4 Bolzzen bikes from the range - all different sizes! Fantastic service and caring after purchase as well. We’ve been on several really good rides on the Bolzzen bikes already and couldn’t be happier. Recommend these very highly.

Christian and Son had my ncm milano bike perfectly assembled and ready to go, bike is good quality. Fast service and gave me honest advice on what I should pay for a service even if I didn't come back to him. Helped me load it into the car and gave me all the tips on how to use it and maintain it. Thank you for a great experience, highly recommend to anyone and you can support your local bike provider.

If you look at my reviews i rarely give good ones, but I have never been happier with the service I recieved in my life. I have since forgotten his name but we saw the tall fella and he was nothing but polite. He gave us all the information we requested, and then some. We never felt under any pressure to buy anything which is refreshing as I come from a sales background. This was also the first place we were able to get a feel for what we wanted to buy. Been riding my Bolzzen 500w scooter for well over a month and 100ish kms now without issue. Couldn't be happier with the quality of product or service.More business should take note of their quality of service and product knowledge. I called Christian after my brother in England told me there were 2 e bikes waiting for me at Macarthur E-bikes. Big surprise! When i got there two NCM Lyon folding E-bikes were ready, assembled and charged.We got a thorough briefing and were very impressed with the two aluminium bikes which fit nicely into our campervan. Great service, easy to contact and a and some local tips on where to have a practice.We had a great day out at Camden on the river path, and now we feel like “why didn't we do this earlier!”Several locals commented on the new bikes and we told em about Macarthur and of course, my brothers lovely gift. Don’t t hesitate, these bikes are great!
