Arrived late, well after the agreed time. Were rude and unresponsive on the phone and then took three extra days to pick up skip. Absolutely would not recommend.

I am quite disappointed, I’m writing this review in hopes that it will prompt the business to do what they say they will do. Tony was very quick to get a skip to me, I enquired Monday morning and had the skip around lunch time that day. It went downhill from there. I texted Tony Monday afternoon to let him know the skip was full already and he could pick it up tomorrow (Tuesday) if he liked. No response. On Tuesday I sent a message asking if the skip was being picked up today, Tony replied and said he would send a driver to collect it tomorrow (Wednesday). It got to late Wednesday afternoon and nobody had come. I sent a message to ask if it was still being picked up. No response. Thursday, still nobody came, I tried to call Tony, no answer, no communication on Thursday at all. Friday comes, I message again to see what is going on. Still no response. I finally managed to get Tony on the phone Friday afternoon, he apologised, said my skip pick up must have been missed and promised he would pick it up himself Saturday morning. It’s now Saturday night, I have heard no word from Tony again today and my skip is still in the driveway. I am getting quite frustrating as my driveway is where I park my car and I have been waiting for days.

Tony was very polite and helpful with skip placement in my smallest driveway. I was able to use eftpos and have skip for extra 3 days with no extra charge. I would highly recommend this provider.

Amazing service & Driver very helpful.Quick response and Easy payment method. I could use my card with the driver. I received the txt both times drop off and pick up. They picked up my skip on time and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this business.
