Working with Kapil to design our outdoor blinds, you can tell he doesn't settle for second best. Jaden and Erwin arrived on schedule. Very professional throughout the installation process. In and out in a couple of hours and the quality of work is excellent.

Kapil helped us out with out outdoor blind. He did a great job explaining how the equipment all worked and what options we could have. He also came the day of install to make sure it all went well. Our rep, Ninos was very informative and made our decision easy.Your installation day and time you were informed in advance , the installer very professional but a slight bit of constructive critism l wish they would fill gaps with silastic and touch up screw heads to match colour of product and clean up metal shavings from drilling, we have a dog .Friends overwelmed and cant get over how well your product works and looks.4.1/2stars today.

Recently had eZip blinds installed through The Smart Blinds Co and highly recommend to others who are considering similar product. Their sales was great; we had a sales rep come out to provide a very personalized consultation and included product samples to enabled us to make an informed decision. The installation process was also very smooth; we were told it would be a longer wait due to the manufacturing process of the blinds but it ended up getting done much quicker. The final product after their professional installation is super high quality. It has completely transformed our alfresco area and looks amazing.

We called Ninos at Smart Blind company late in November asking if we could get 2 Blinds installed before Xmas. He gave me a cut off date for ordering which we missed but we ordered a week later and he still honoured his offer. Blinds were installed, outstanding job by everyone involved.Ninos followed up to see how it was going which we reported an issue with alignment. It was fixed quickly and expertly.Ive always believed that the test of a company is how they handle issues if they arise, we couldn't be happier with the follow up and workmanship.We love our outdoor blinds and it has opened up another usable area regardless of the weather for our family.Ninos is a complete professional and we can't thank him enough.
