Very unhappy that he is not responding to my calls and emails. I know he has been flooded but thats no excuse for ignoring people. He has had my $2500 coffee machine for four months now for what was a minor leak. Deal with Xavier at your own risk! I don't normally do this but if we wont communicate, other than taking him to court, which is the next step, what else can I do!

I've taken a few tools here now and Xavier (spelling?) has provided fantastic service. I recently took in a cordless grinder with a blade stuck on it. He charged my $10 to fix it. My tools are my income and honest workmanship is hard to find these days.
