A busy store that does it's best to provide the best service and products to the regular customers that frequent the store. I did like the friendly, helpful attitude of the staff.

I have learnt today that Cornubia butcher shop is closing inside Woolworths Cornubia. I am very disgusted in this as I have been going here for years and gotten to know all the staff very well the meat there is excellent quality and I would not buy off the shelves. It is very obvious at Woolworths. Do not listen to what the customers want and do whatever they need to do to make money.

I was walking around with an arm full of groceries being I underestimated how much I was going to buy, but the man at the checkout noticed me and between serving customers went and got me one and helped me put my thing down. This is the sort of thing we need, more caring and pleasant human interaction instead of these bleak cold self serve machines. Not only was the line for self serve longer than the ones with this nice man but what we are not seeing any savings from packing our own groceries.

I hadn't been in that store for a while now, but they had everything I needed and I got,it saved me a walk up to my Redland Bay store so all good to spread myself around..lol.

What's up with Expiry dates on Milk. Went in on Wednesday to buy 2 ltr W brand had an Expiry date of 3rd and 4th July. Happening more often not a rare scene. Garage down the road has an ubd 14th July. Can't buy Smitten fish sachets have to go to other Woolworths. Trolleys are rarely collected. Lamb cops weren't marked down to special price. Not the fresh food people any more and don't seem to care about customers just dollars. Rather shop at Coles these days.

Its a pity your management team is not as helpful as your checkout people. Perhaps you should do some role play next time you do team building exercises. Evonne is very rude. When a customer rings you Evonne should be a little more helpful and less rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future. This is not directed at the ground level workers because they are wonderful its management that is the problem.

Please don’t let management close the butcher shop. The only one in a very wide area worth going to. The only reason I drive past my local Woolworths to Cornubia to shop is for the butcher shop. Read today that management are closing a majority of the butcher shops. I hope they listen to there customers!!!

Not often do you visit supermarkets where there aren't common shortages. The staff are helpful and will assist if needed, which should be expected but not the case across a lot of supermarkets so makes a difference.
