Terrible service. I booked online and paid a $20 deposit, when I arrived 10 minutes earlier the lady said my appointment had to be pushed back by 30 minutes, which I was okay with. I sat down to wait and then she asked me what kind of appointment it was, I clarified as said that it was a ear candling appointment and she said the lady that does it wasn’t available, which again I was okay with, I just asked for a refund so I could book again another day. I was told that I could only get a gift voucher which wasn’t great cause I wouldn’t be able to use it anyways. So I asked for the refund in cash (it was only a $20 deposit) and the lady was like “you’re a crazy ****!!”.... For just wanting my money back. Anyways, she got a $20 out of the till and threw it at me. Meanwhile the entire interaction I never raised my voice or spoke rudely to her, it’s like she didn’t like me as soon as I walked in. Never going back.

Had a 30 minutes reflexology massage.... was that bad, I had to get the lady to do a back massage instead. My husband was having a reflexology massage also and he asked the lady for more pressure on multiple occasions.... he almost walked out but didn't want to upset me. He said that he really paid someone to tickle his feet and pay someone to talk mandarin to their mates. Won't be going back here!

I wholeheartedly recommend Belinda, she is very welcoming and does her job with great dedication. Her massage skills are also very good and she is very talkative. So I had a fantastic massage experience here with Belinda and will definitely come back again!

As you can see from my wife's review below Carla, this was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a massage place.I regularly get massages due to injuries on my feet, we had gone past during the day to book in for an 8:30pm session, arrived at 8:30pm and every single one of them was booked out and and told to wait 5 minutes or so, then they advised to keep pushing for a 45 minutes massage when I only wanted feet done for 30 minutes.I wanted to sit down on the chair instead they made me lay down which I did not want, but fine decided to just go along with it.I honestly paid for the massage therapist if you can call them that to tickle my feet and talk Mandarin to their friends, at multiple stages I had to keep saying can you apply extra pressure, I got to the point where I wanted to walk out but didn't want to upset my wife.If you're interested in a scam of a place, I highly recommend this place!If you are looking for a good and relaxing massage then I highly recommend looking for anywhere else!!

Not overly relaxing when your massage therapist continues to argue with someone for a considerable amount of your treatment. Also didn't ask what I was after or about the pressure which I found odd. I at one point said too hard" a couple of times which was met with a giggle. Not a great experience for $85. Also no communication about a surcharge either."

Thought I was a valued customer. Go once a week. Today I went in was told to go back at 2.24pm I got there 2.29pm and was told had to wait 45mins as they didn’t think I was coming. Lovely to see they value their loyal customers, will never be going back there. Lisa and the team showed how disrespectful they are to customers and just take the next thing to make money!

I had a deep tissue massage with cupping, price outside board was $85,but they asked me to pay$86.28. They couldn't explain why they increased the price. They didn't talk anything in English .After I payed money they direct me to go to the room but they didn't tell me how to prepare myself for the massage. During massage she only ask me 'Ok?' I tried to communicate with her but she could say only 'Ok'. After massage she said thank you and I didn't realise she finished the massage. I didn't even see her when I leave the place.Its not a welcoming place for the customers and no communication at all. I don't recommend anyone to waste their money over here.
