Only reason I gave this real estate even 1 star is because you have to for the review to be posted. She is rude, unhelpful and couldn't care less about her landlords or tenants. Do yourself a favour and NEVER rent a holiday house from this real estate!!!

After a power-cut, the house had no water due to an issue with the pump's safety switch. We left a message for R on a Saturday night and she turned up within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Great service. Thank you.

We had a gathering at 10 in the morning two days after Christmas so our kids could exchange gifts with their cousins, and she showed up telling us we couldn’t have a party and she would have to charge us. She then harassed us twice more saying that the kids were too noisy in the mornings, despite that fact that neighboring rentals had people shouting and drinking into the wee hours. Turns out her house was across the street. I guess she likes to sleep in. We felt like she was spying on us. It was aweful!
