Central Coast Counselling - Susan Felsch

Susan without a doubt is the best Counselor I have seen. Susan is genuine, really listens and gives great constructive feedback. Susan is giving me different tools to challenge my thinking in a positive way and it is empowering me to realise the strength I have. Susan is very empathetic and has a holistic approach to helping people. I have found her non-judgemental and I feel safe to talk about things I usually would keep bottled up. I highly recommend Susan to everyone!

Following problems with our relationship over a period of time, both my wife Lyn & myself agreed to meet Susan (Counsellor). Both of us were a little apprehensive at the beginning, but Susan was great in getting to the issues that were leading to our relationship problems. Susan enabled us to see both sides and to be honest with each other.Having worked through these issues with Susan's help we have now positively moved forward.Would recommend Susan to any couple having issues.Thanks Susan great work.

After my husband’s suicide last year I needed help with dealing with my grief. On my first visit Susan was yawning. On my 2nd visit Susan was 15 mins late, didn’t have any notes from my first visit to remind her of my situation, then the worst thing! She answered her phone during my session not Once but twice!! Luckily I wasn’t in the same head space as my husband or I may have followed him. Disgusting behaviour.

Susan has been a great source of unbiased constructive advice for my boyfriend and I.Our relationship has grown in a positive manner, and our connection has strengthened.Her insight and understanding has truly helped us reflect on both ourselves and the relationship together.She is warm and creates a comfortable, non-judgmental space.

She was immediately rude to me and made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I walked out before beginning the session. I do not recommend her to anyone struggling with mental health. I believe she would actually be a danger to anyone suicidal as she has an astounding lack of empathy. She is in the wrong profession.

Susan has helped my wife and I to communicate better. Improve in our relationship and resolve issues we were having.I have been to another Counsellor in the past and they were good, although i never felt comfortable enough to completely open up.During and after each session with Susan, my wife and I opened up more and more, now after the 6th session we are even more respectfully lovingly connected with each other.The fee for our couples therapy with Susan is worth every cent.

Susan has been an amazing councillor for my partner and I with couple therapy. She really listens and is not bias towards one person. Her advice and guidance has really helped our relationship tremendously in only a matter of 3 sessions. We can’t thank Susan enough and will continue to keep seeing her. Highly Recommend!!

Susan is lovely and has given my wife and I the tools to improve our relationship through counselling in a relaxed and comfortable environment, Susan truly helped us to gain a better understanding of each other and ourselves. I happily recommend Susan's services she is absolutely Awesome.

Talks more than she listens, highly judgemental, looks at her phone, lacks basic people skills. I have seen many councellors and she is by far, the worst i have ever seen. I am writing this review because after seeing another amazing councellor today, I told her about a horrible experience with a certain councellor that I had a few weeks ago. She said, 'was it Susan from tuggerah' and I said yes. Wow how did you know? She said because many people come to her after seeing Susan and complain about how lousy her services are. I said, why do people still go to her? She said because the people that complain usually don't write reviews. I thought I'd let it go but after hearing that I'm not the only one, I decided to write about it to warn others. So here is the warning.... Book with this councellor at your own risk.
