We quite often buy takeaway from Charmed Thai but this is the first time we actually dine in. Their food is delicious and my kids love it! Especially the duck spring rolls. We had the creamy basil dish - super yummy and the massaman beef curry it is always a hit in the family. This time we also tried the red duck curry- so tender. Super yummy food. The service is very friendly and the place looks nice. One thing they could improve is cleaning the floor a bit more as it was quite dirty and sticky…

Consistently amazing food and lovely staff. Truly my favourite place to eat. Came in just before closing and staff still provided wonderful food and a friendly attitude! Very grateful!

The Lunch Special portion size is too small. How much can a few more pieces of cabbage and carrot cost? The quality is good though. For $16 I should be able to get enough for lunch.

Incredibly rude customer service. To treat people the way the woman who works there or owns this restaurant treated me on the phone when enquiring where my Uber eats delivery was after 3 hours of waiting for the food was incredible. I want to support all small businesses who are struggling especially now when times are hard but to spend close to $100 and get treated as badly as I did on the phone by this company is beyond me!! Honestly, am still in shock how they can be in business. Must be because they are the only Thai option in this area on the Uber app? I’d never go there again or order from this place again. The rudeness of the person who took my money is enough for me never to go back… didn’t even get as far as to reviewing the food.

I used to like this place but their service and quality has really gone downhill. Ordered online for delivery tonight and waited 90 minutes, had to call them and found out they forgot about the order. It arrived shortly after, but the serving size of the stir fry was abysmal, the container wasn't even half full. For the prices they charge this is not acceptable. Not even a complimentary item as an apology. Will not order from here again.

First time visiting this restaurant. Has good ambience with very friendly staff. Plenty of tables to dine in.There were quite a few dinersFood was good and generous servings.They deliver or you can pick up.Parking in the evening is not too bad as you can park out front. Other times you would need to drive around the back to where Coles/Woolies are for parking.Happy to go back

Wonderful Thai restaurant, no wonder these guys are always busy. Normally have take away which is always good but tonight we ate in restaurant and it was superb. Friendly staff, good atmosphere and fantastic value. Have paid double in other restaurants for the same quality and experience.Great cocktails too!
