We've just had the most unbelievably positive experience with Brisbane Prestige Plunge Pools!From contacting them initially out of curiosity for pricing, we were impressed by Amy spending the time answering the many questions we had with no promise of us even going ahead; then the easy process of going and choosing the pool tiles, it was all so stress free - but it was game day that they really stepped up!With difficult access to site down an embankment in muddy conditions (!!) - I may have needed a shot of tequila at 10:30am, but it was no match for their gun truck driver, and Geoff across it all to ensure everything ran efficiently and smoothly.Can't quite believe we had such a stunning pool installed and ready to swim in one day - how good !Overall a very easy process, having everything included to get you up and running in a fixed price contract was the deal breaker for us compared to other companies, the absolute quality product and workmanship from each of the trades, and site being left spotlessly tidy at finish was cherry on top.Highly, highly, highly rate the experience with this friendly and down to earth company and I will be recommending them to absolutely everybody !Thanks Geoff, Amy, Robbie & trades !

An absolute pleasure to deal with Geoff, Amy and the entire team at Prestige Plunge Pools.We opted for the largest rectangle pool squeezed into a tiny space with restricted access requiring the pool to be expertly craned in over our house.While other traditional pools builders didn’t want to take on the risk and complexity given the tight space and access issues, Geoff and the team were solution focused and made it happen.

Great experience with Geoff & Amy and their team, with our new round in ground pool with all the bells and whistles! Whole process was smooth and easy, everyone was really friendly and helpful, even amidst some challenges we had during installation. Would gladly recommend them to friends or use them for a future house of ours.

Geoff and his team of professionals installed our pool with ease. From day 1, they were informative, helpful, & communicative. Install day was both nerve racking & exciting, but Geoff led his team, who were on the ball, all day. The end result of our sparkling pool (in 2 days) is amazing. Couldn't recommend Brisbane Prestige Plunge Pools highly enough. Thanks to Amy as well, always available to answer questions & kept us informed leading up to install day. A special thumbs up to Robbie, BPPP's 'jack of all trades'.... even helped trim a tree that was in the way.

I knew the minute I called Geoff, I was onto a winner! It was the last working day of the year, he was ready to head off and celebrate, but he answered every question I had and gave me every confidence that BPPP were a no-nonsense, honest, hard-working bunch of people. I had done my research and Geoff uncovered every pool builder's loopholes and gave it to me straight-up. Yes!I also loved the Mineral Swim system that they use and their climate certification, because who wants to spend a tonne of money on electricity, water and chemicals after they've installed their pool eh?The communication from Amy was superb - emails came through on time and with all the necessary details.The install was so exciting! Hats off (and its a big hat, eh Chris?) to Chris, Justin, Ethan and the subbies. You were friendly, professional and you could tell you were happy doing the job. We had our beautiful plunge pool installed today and we love it. Geoff and Amy are so helpful and make the whole process from quote to install easy and worry free. Apprentice Robbie is a great worker and delivery of the plunge pool from Bob went smoothly, Bob did an amazing job getting the truck into position and made the lift of the pool look easy. Highly recommend getting the water tank organised to fill up the pool it was filled up within 10 mins and the kids couldn’t help themselves and jumped in to test it out.Thank you

We highly recommend Brisbane Prestige Plunge Pools. We had a small space for a pool but luckily for us that was no trouble for them! From start to finish its been a pleasure working with them. We will be recommending them to all our friends.
