Called to make sure they had 2 pairs of pants in my size - they assured me they did - when I went there they did not have the second pair, major problem with the computer system to organise a credit - took ages. Have waited a few months for them to get new stock which they still haven't.

Great service. Had 3 different staff members serve me. It was extremely busy and even though all were under the pump they still were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

Store at Clifford gardens showed as open until 5.30pm, when I arrived I saw a notice that the shop has closed down until further notice. Please update the online info please Rivers so people don't drive 30mins for nothing.

Our visit to the toowoomba store was a very productive one. We managed to find all the item's we were after,but the main thing that we found was the most important part of the shopping experience had to be the kindness friendly attention that the female staff member displayed in the attention to detail and helpful manner towards us whilst attending to others at the same time. This woman deserves a score of 12 out of 10,will most definitely make it a point to shop there more often KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Lack of service by staff,Mrs SLOCUMB WASNT ABOUT TO LOWER HERSELF BY SERVING A CUSTOMER AND THE ASSISTANT WASNT INTERESTED EITHER,THE SHOES I WAS GOING TO BUY ILEFT ON THE COUNTER AND WALKED OUT TO THE NEXT SHOE SHOP AND SPENT $99,99.
