The constant 70% off and banners saying they are closing only to open again is not something anyone should support. It's bordering on scam. For example, they have a danshiro knife they list the RRP for $150 as a bonus on their current deal, but that knife and cutting board was $50-60 standalone 12 months ago.

I wish I could give them a zero star . Customer service is very bad ;especially their manager Tracy is very rude and disgusting. I've been there for so many times and purchased a lot of things but never was served with her . Most ladies working there have some manners and never been so rude to me or other family members .When I was smiling and saying sorry for exchanging the item that I had purchased just 1 min ago" ; she gave me a nasty look and turning her face and turned to her colleague whispering... I can't believe it!!!"

Lovely staff, although a little pricey even with a big % off & look out buy on get one free did not turn out cheaper than buying a bulk lot of the same items. Still a great shop.

The sales woman was so rude could not believe the way I was talked to . I went up to purchase items which totalled $20 . When I got there the woman asked if I had a membership with them I said yes and gave her my phone number . She totalled my Items and said $55 I said it should only be $20 , she replied your with him aren’t you to the man standing next to me I said no and she sai d that’s what I asked you when you got here you said yes , I said no you just asked me for my membership number . The man next to me said yes you asked if I had one I said no then you asked her , still she argued . I told her to put my stuff back and walked out and will never be back . I may have only been spending $20 yesterday but I have bought 2 sets of saucepans and my knife set from there

The staff were so helpful, kind and understanding. Not just trying to sell you the most expensive items they'll ask what you're after, how they can help and overall was a great experience!

This store has the worst customer service & returns policy. Had the female manager get up in my face and argue with me, just for waiting patiently out of the way while they were examining an item I was returning that didn't work for me. Very over the top and judgemental staff- do not go here

Great staff, service and products. Counter is WAAAYYYYYY overstocked and is a sensory overload. Made me want to leave quicker. Poor staff have to walk around the counter to hand you whatever you purchase. Very unprofessional and looks as if suppliers have just dumped stuff on the counter and unpacked it there and then. Also very offputting having to have staff walk around (where I can’t see due to amount of stock) with something I have paid for and very awkward. Also so much stuff in front of counter it is very dangerous having to lean over to hand the staff the products, trying not to break anything, and having to place to set down the products. Literally have to put them in the staff members hands. Makes for very uncomfortable experience

terrible prices, over crowded store, display products they dont sell, rude service. What more do you want from a store?

Very poor customer service from the Charlestown store. From the moment I entered the store I felt personally victimised and uncomfortable about the way the female staff members followed me around the store and spoke to me very rudely, I didn’t see them act this way with other customers. I assume it may be because I am a young mother? I left the store because I felt embarrassed will not go there again.
