I finally found an amazing dentist! What a lovely lady Dr Jessica is and how safe and relaxed I felt today when having a long overdue checkup and a detailed followup chat about my future options. Beautiful practice, ultra clean, newest technology and all staff are just superb. Looking forward to my journey with the whole team.

Dr. Matthew Tan is a scam artist. Went there for the first time end of last of year. Really friendly guy don’t get me wrong, and is really good at building a rapport with a patient, but I dont know if he was just doing it so I could trust him. Straight away he wanted to take x-rays even though I just came in for a clean, and without even looking at my teeth - I thought nothing off it. He analysed the pictures and told me I had 4 massive cavities in my bottom arch that needs to get filled immediately. I had a look myself at the x-rays and didn’t think it was as bad as I thought it was so I was wary. He then proceeded to clean my teeth advising me to come back during the procedure multiple times to get my teeth fixed. I’ve never had a clean as painful as what Dr Tan gave me, making my gums bleed profusely in the process. He then proceeded to tell me I have extremely bad gums because of my lack of brushing making me doubt myself about being cautious about the tooth decay. After the procedure the receptionist was already planning my next visit and the total cost of the fillings were a few thousand dollars. I was too suspicious anyway so I decided not to continue further. 5 months later I go to a dentist I’ve been going to since childhood and I trust greatly. He told me there was not a single problem and that I was being conned and that there was only one decaying tooth and the decay was too deep to even worry about drilling into.Very dodgy, ensure you do your research and choose someone you trust in dentistry.

I had a fear a going to the dentist from child hood but I had to get some attention to my teeth! I was made Welcolm the minuit I phoned for an appt to walking in the door. Matt and staff are fantastic and the care in the work has taken my fears away. I actually look fwd to going now as their after care and messages to me make me feel so special. Thanks heaps guys! If I can overcome my fear of the dentist, I will be able to overcome anything that life throws at me!

I was referred to kinross drive dental by a family member. For someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist it was a lot to overcome, but as soon as I stepped into the practise I was welcomed kindly by the receptionist which put me at ease straight away. The dentist and nurse were excellent and made me feel as comfortable as possible, they did a very thorough job.The tv on the ceiling is a big bonus and helped to take my mind away.I could not recommend Jess and her team more!

Booked my app online. Stated I was a new customer and the service I would like. I was constantly contacted re the appointment. Quoted 200ish dollars, then to arrive .... quote has changed to 300dollars. I was in there for 2secs as that wasnt what i could afford today.. Dentist seemed like he just couldn't be bothered. I took half a day off work for nothing when they could have told me this on the phone. Extremely disappointed.

VERY disappointed with their cancellation policy. I turn up to my appointment I've been waiting a month for, for them to tell me it's been cancelled as they've tried to contact me many of times to confirm the appointment.They have called me twice within the last 4 weeks, but as I work full time I haven't been able to contact them back in their trading hours.They don't even leave any messages to say that they're trying to reach out to confirm the appointment NOR do they leave you any type of message to say my appointment has been cancelled by them.Very disappointing and I won't be coming back here again!
