Kerry Hyndes Bodywork and Yoga

Breathing Space Yoga is like a warm hug from a cherished friend. Kerry welcomes you into a wonderfully intimate and safe space bathed in sunshine, dancingshadows and a calming playlist.Kerry is a teacher who nurtures and guides like she was born to it. She goes above and beyond to ensure that extended yoga poses are comfortable and do’able for the less experienced, as well as challenging for those who can go there. What sets Kerry apart, I believe, is her natural use of beautifully evocative language and imagery to articulate and teach the zen mindset that is achievable through yoga.Kerry also provides ample warm blankets, bolsters, mats, blocks and straps. I am very grateful to Kerry for the time and support she has invested in myself and others during tough times when caring for mental and physical wellbeing has been so paramount.

I have had 3 sessions with Kerry out of a program of 12. Her bodywork is way deeper than massage as it works at a very deep emotional and energetic level. I feel safe, relaxed and open with Kerry and she is holding a sacred space for me to release very deeply. At my last session I was able to finally open up my heart, through her tenderness, wisdom and expertise; to start connecting with others on a level I have never experienced. In the week following, I have found people especially strangers, spontaneously opening up and starting conversations out of the blue. Kerry is allowing me to trust and surrender long held grief and trauma. I would highly recommend Kerry to anyone looking for a therapy to lovingly remove layers of hurt and pain built up over a lifetime.
