We called James to come and take a look at our blocked stormwater pipe. From the our first conversation over the phone he was very upfront and honest with what may be involved with my job. He promptly made an appointment and turned up on time.After unblocking our stormwater pipe with his high pressure cleaner he inspected the condition of the pipe with the camera. This revealed a broken section of PVC that he has scheduled to repair next week.James' excellent communication and professionalism is why I will call him for all my plumbing requirements.
