I went in for an adjustment and general service after a fall. John thoroughly looked over my bike, fixed it up. It was well priced and he was efficient and friendly. His attention to detail was excellent, but he was also kind and made me feel much better about my accident. He gave me really helpful tips and guidance for cycling in Melbourne which gave me confidence to get back into the riding (those pesky tram tracks will get ya if you're not careful). Thanks for your help John!

John is professional and fast. Dropped off bike at 8:30am, got cassette, chain, spokes, and distorted rim replaced, fixed and adjusted before 12:30pm. Price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

owner is useless and has no business running a bike store. came in with a problem at 3pm that would have taken 5 minutes to solve. didn't even bother to look at it and said to come back tomorrow as it would take too long and it is 'too late in the afternoon'. managed to find a stranger outside with an allen key and fixed the issue on the side of the road in front of his store. will never come back again and dont ever plan to support this sham of a business. either hire some more technicians or fix your work ethic.
