Boral Concrete

My neighbour used Boral concrete company for a job, whilst my car was parked, the concrete truck swiped the side of my car. The driver first tried to deny it, but once I contact the police admitted it. However, then refused to give me his name and contacted details. I called the company and they said they would pass on the details but never did so I was unable to make an insurance claim.Very disappointing and rude.
