Great experience ordering from interstate with Claire! Ethnicraft coffee table arrived very well packaged to prevent damage and looks fantastic in my living room. The Banyan Tree team was super responsive to both online and phone enquiries to check on stock and delivery time......highly recommend!

Best shopping experience ever! The staff are incredibly helpful and provided loads of advice when re-decorating my lounge room. Nothing was too much trouble and when one product I received was faulty they quickly rectified the problem and a replacement was delivered a week later. The flow of communication was terrific no matter who I spoke to. A special mention must go to Tracey, Charlotte and Olivia. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

I was in there a few weeks ago. I had my 2 small kids with me and I was basically asked to leave because my kid was sitting on a couch without shoes on. We felt unwelcome from the minute we stepped in the door. It’s a pity because I really need a sofa.

WARNING: it's lovely furniture and it's very reasonably priced. But I have now been waiting over 29 weeks for the manufacture of a simple console table. In that time, I have only had one phone call and very little communication. This is unacceptable customer service for a retailer (or a manufacturer for that matter).Unapologetic, lack of communication, mucked up the specifications (twice), i wonder if I will ever get the table I ordered (and have paid for in full).

I have just bought my second piece of Ethnicraft furniture from The Banyan Tree. After having such a great experience the first time, I knew I wanted to shop with them again for my second piece. I dealt with Melinda both times and she provided exceptional customer service. The piece ordered today even arrived within a few hours of ordering online! I will definitely purchase from The Banyan Tree again. I cannot recommend them enough!

Just walked out from the store, as I felt so unwelcome. I was with my 5 year old. He took a fabric sample which I told him to put back and he simply tripped over on one of their furniture. The lady at the counter just rolled her eyes and said I don't think that's for playing on". I don't have a problem with people telling me politely if my kids are doing something wrong (which he wasn't)

Extremely impressed with my solid oak side table I bought from here! I bought it online and received it the NEXT DAY!! The table was really well packaged to prevent any damage from transit and is so beautiful. I Will be buying from here again in the future for sure!
