I can't recommend this team highly enough.The Install team are polite, punctual and a terrific bunch of guys, they work extremely efficiently and all with a smile. When Penair did the initial install of our system I would have provided them 5 stars. They were timely and installed the system at a fixed price. There was a minor issue with two vents that were not screwed in properly, but I didn't mind fixing those myself considering the size of the overall job. Based on the initial job I recommended them to my neighbour who also had their system installed as a result.However, Penair follow up and servicing has been incredibly poor, resulting in me lodging a formal complaint to them, asking multiple times to have someone call me to discuss, yet I received kurt responses like Clearly we cannot meet your expectations. Peninsula Air were perfect in not only installing a new system in my office but also helping us with sorting balance of the system so all in the office are comfortable. All this work was done by really nice technicians with great professionalism / courtesy for the office environment they were operating in and they cleaned up after themselves perfectly. These guys were great! They were so professional and friendly! I would definitely recommend them.I have a 7 month old baby and they were very considerate in working around his sleep schedule for working in his room and making noise. I also have 2 little dogs who have been known to wriggle free through a doorway and they were very conscious of making sure that the dogs stayed inside which was a great relief off my day. We had some trouble with the neighbours being difficult as well and they were very helpful with providing explanations and diagrams to strata.I couldn't imagine going with any other company.

I was impressed by the attention to detail during the installation and the result of the finished job. It works perfectly and looks great. Fantastic experience and much more helpful than other companies I contacted. Quick turn around to come and quote and installed a week after accepting the quote. All the guys who installed were very professional and nice to deal with. Sheets put down + vacuuming whilst cutting the duct holes + vacuuming again once installed, it's like they were never here! Full ducted system installed in a day, everything working great. Rod the owner was also really helpful with all the questions I had. Can't recommend highly enough!

First-class experience....From the first phone contact to final installation this was a highly professional and pleasant experience. Arranging the initial consultation, presenting the options and finalising the choice through to arranging a pretty-quick installation date were all first-class. The installation went smoothly and the guys cleaned up after and made sure it was all working and connected to wifi/app. Thanks to Sako, Anne, Jay and Milan for great service. I had a split system fitted replacing an old system from 10 years ago. , happy to come out a couple of times to review what we wanted done. Once we ticked the box with the 12 months interest free install was done within 48 hours although normally would be a couple of weeks. Guys were on time even though weather was shocking, install done efficiently and they even repaired damage done in the last install ( by another company) which was appreciated. Cleaned up and even mopped the floor. Def recommend to others.

Had a Daikin 8kw multi split system with 4 units installed in a townhouse with 3 bedrooms in September 2022 . Install went ahead as scheduled and the installation team problem solved really well on the day as our townhouse is tricky double brick without any cavities to work with. The team were finished in 1 day and cleaned up very well after themselves. We only had 2 very minor issues post install which was one of the units were connected incorrectly and the cover from our switch box went missing. Both issues were resolved promptly and without any fuss, and before we were even sent an invoice to pay for the installation. They took the time to explain how to use the units and operate the controller and understand all the different modes. We've run the units over summer most days and majority of the night times in the main bedroom to combat the humidity. Pleasantly surprised that our bill was only $500 for the whole of summer quarter (Dec to March) and have only needed to run the units on the low night time setting at 21 deg. Overall extremely satisfied and happy we chose Peninsular Air to do our install, would highly recommend them & their team.
