Very communicative, easy to deal with. Have some pretty niche stock and it was all nice and easy. Would shop with them again.Nice to have another shop to deal with that isn't one of the more mainstream shops as getting water-cooling parts from some of the bigger PC stores is like pulling teeth for information.
