I would highly recommend the team at Secure Access IT. Magnus and Simon were fantastic in assisting us in taking our IT systems to the next level. As a SME it is very important that we have the same systems and capabilities as any large company.

I have been with Secure Access IT since 2006, they have provided and assisted me with all my IT requirements over the past 14 years. From my first Bookings Program and on demand response, to now assisting me with a Full Managed Service. Magnus is extremely helpful in providing advice on hardware and business support and is always on hand to chat about improved processes or technologies.

Buyer beware, choose your IT Support provider wisely! As the other 1 star reviews note, our journey with Secure Access has also been an extremely disappointing engagement for a company that charges a premium price however delivers a sub-standard service. In the end we resolved almost half of the IT tickets ourselves and we're not even IT trained as well as a painful exit process when service cancelled from Secure Access.We have since engaged a new provider, received exceptionally better service, quicker turn-around times (halved), issues 100% resolved with no loose ends, better advice and we receive twice as much 1:1 time with IT Support for our money.

This company provided IT services for my small business employer for the first 12 months of my employment. Our business had relatively simple IT needs in comparison to other businesses I had worked for. However I experienced unprecedented downtime and business interruptions with Secure Access providing IT support. 3 Virus attacks in 12 months, hours of time being spent trying to resolve issues which we ultimately had to problem solve ourselves or seek help from outside providers to rectify. Since changing providers we have drastically reduced both our IT expenditure and operational downtime.

Secure Access are our IT dept. and Magnus Long is our account manager and is excellent. Dealing with any issue and co-ordinating the technical engineers with skill and efficiency. Trusted and an integral part of our success.

Secure Access IT have been great! Magnus was exceptionally helpful providing advice on it hardware an number of times. He was highly responsive and I ended up with a great solution to my IT issues.

This review is written by a customer of Secure Access since June 2009 with an average spend of $2,165.00 per month. Secure Access was engaged to supply, configure, and provide ongoing support of, the IT infrastructure of a small business for which I have been the manager for two and a half years. During this time, Secure Access proved to be incompetent. Basic security and server maintenance for which we were charged was not carried out to an acceptable standard which resulted in our system being compromised on multiple occasions. Their support staff had little to no appreciation of the need for secure account passwords and after the third ransomware attack in six months we discovered that multiple user accounts had remote administrative access to our systems, even after they had completed their security audits. Issues with the configuration of our desktop and server environment meant that most our monthly spend with Secure Access was used engaging them to resolve issues of their own creation. We have moved on from Secure Access.

Wayne from Secure Access recently set up all the IT infrastructure for our new practice in Buderim. He was easy to work with and got everything working with minimum disruption. Would happily use them again.

The team at Secure Access - Magnus, Jorge & Xavier have excelled in transferring the Destiny Rescue systems off a dying server and onto the cloud and office 365! Then along came COVID 19 and they were great in assisting us from moving from an office - to all working from home! Soon we will begin the transistion back to office and will require their assistance again. Thank you for all the work you have done for us its greatly appreciated. As a Charity we run a small team and we rely on a good IT company as a business partner and Secure Access have been great!

Secure Access supplied computers to my SME Business 3 years ago. During the three years they have serviced them and on occasion I have contacted them for help, I have had no issues with the machines they supplied and the ongoing service, my business ran exceptionally smoothly in the IT area over that three years. What a wonderful trustworthy company. So much so that I have returned as a customer this year again to purchase updated machines. Professional / Helpful / Trustworthy / Friendly.
