I had George from Tribeca involved in two projects after having two other architects fail to complete the job. George took over with amazing communication, speed and effortless style, completing drawings, taking the projects to council, getting relevant approvals and then providing the builders with working drawings. Tribeca Group aka George took care of every - EVERY - element involved in the building process. The results are both amazing - the design, skill and insight into design and practical use of the spaces has our friends and families raving. George was quick to grasp our requirement for a stylish childcare building in a largely residential area. He worked closely with Glen Eira Council from day one to ensure we had an appropriate building that met the local planning scheme.We sought a building which future proofed us for growth in child numbers, was a nice work environment and energy efficient.This building is a fabulous place to work in, it is attractive both inside and out, and it is both environmentally and cost effective. When parents and their children enter the building, a calming and pleasant feeling is experienced. We couldn't be happier with the finished product.We would definitely work with Tribeca Group again, if a future opportunity arose.
