Had a badly stained silk shirt I was worried was ruined forever. Brought it here and they managed to restore it incredibly well, with minimal marking visible now. Really appreciated how upfront they were about the possibility it may not be fixable. Really friendly, polite staff. Definitely recommend!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Have been using because they are close but never will again. You are honestly better walking around in dirty clothes. All the equipment is ancient, staff are unprofessional and exceedingly rude and they leave stains in almost all clothes. TERRIBLE

My partner had four jackets and a doona that he wanted dry cleaned and after some research we chose Blue Balloon. I cannot recommend Blue Balloon more - the owner was really friendly and did a fabulous job for a really reasonable price. Will definitely be using Blue Balloon Laundrette again.

Nothing but praise for the service that the owner provides. Clothes are always well washed and neatly folded. He is super friendly and will have your clothes ready for pick up about 3 hrs after drop off. Not going anywhere else whilst he is around.

I called and was advised by a female staff member that if I dropped off my item to be dry cleaned by 10am it could be collected the following day. So today I arrived at 9:25am only to be told by the male staff member that it needed to be dropped off prior to 9am in order for next day collection! Complete waste of my time and I went elsewhere. Disappointing considering I phoned ahead the day before to check times.

My local launderette is excellent and SO MUCH cheaper than the city/northern beaches where I used to go. $12 dry cleaning for winter coats=bargain! They are polite and efficient and I recommend them :)

I've been here a couple of times to have business shirts laundered and ironed. Great value for money, fast service, and the proprietor is super nice.
