Called in and got a booking for a bike service, had to wait a week but was pretty easy going and the process was straightforward.got my bike back today and it feels brand new, they sorted out the buckle i had in my rear wheel, re-lubricated my running gear and sorted out the brakes for a decently priced service and all done in a day while i was at work!would definitely reccommend for servicing and assistance, seemed like lovely people.

I was so impressed with service I got. It started with a chirpy greeting and after a recent bad experience at another bike shop I was so pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the guy who helped me on the phone. I was looking for a specific type of bike carrier as after an accident i had recently me new wheels are fat to say the least. Any way they had just the perfect bike rack for me and even offered to carry down the road a fair way for me. (Declined ;) it was easy to fit and last night we were able to come into Darwin from the country with the knowledge our bikes were secured. Thankyou so much to the whole team. We loved our sun set ride. FYI the rack is also awesome it’s a Buzz Rack E hornet 3

Wanted to charge me $35 for a flat tire, and on top wait weeks for the simple repair. Absolutely ridiculous.
