Bad experience!The staff is gentle but they don't provide enough information went you are going to rent an accommodation (just a good looking face for the costumers). They make us waste our time for to receive a NO as an answer just because we were staying 3 months when they could say to us in the announce or the first time we went to the agency. This respond was after waiting for 4 days after I sent the rental applications and have to go to the agency by ourselves again (my partner and I) to ask why we haven't any response yet. But the assistant didn't have any concrete response and she just ask us how long we would stay in the Riverland. When that information is already in the application form that they open the same day I sent the application forms (Gmail let you know when the forms are viewed). So people are doing they job properly...Me and my partner applied for several places and we delivered all the papers and private information they were asking some inf is normal for rentals, some other is too much (personal reference like friend, mother, familiar contact which they already have an emergency contact). They ask this just for to know how you are. Which is ridiculous because they already have contact about our employers and previous landlords is it not enough?Also asking in the application form information that the agency should put, like quantity of rooms in the interested rentals, the name and contact of the agent. That's not our responsibility but we have to write down all that... A waste of time!I don't like to make assumptions but as we are backpackers we felt discriminate it by that... So they definitely don't care about us.

Quite difficult to get hold of and will only contact you if it's in her best interests.I don't know if she was being dishonest with us or simply made us a promise she was in no position to keep but we were definitely let down and inconvenienced.Make sure you get anything she says in writing (but that's probably good advice for anything real estate related).Be careful if you plan to complain to her about anything she bites back hard and is quite intimidating.We love our new home but the whole process could have been a lot betterNot the worst real estate agent in the world but there are better ones around.I'm writing this on settlement day so it should be one of the happiest days in our lives but the whole experience with Michelle has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Worst experience of my life. If I could give a negative score I would. The most unethical & dishonest sales person Michelle. House advertised as 4 bedroom but was only 2. Continued showing house after offer made and accepted. Excuse was it’s a sellers market. Just to obtain a little more in commission. Multiple other lies during the process. Be prepared when dealing with this women to be lied to.
