Had the chicken burrito bowl, all the chicken were burnt, brought back to the staff and was told it’s meant to be burnt because it’s chargrilled. And was told if they do it again, it will still be the same(burnt), requested to have different meat options and they asked me if I’m willing to pay for another one. Quite disappointed with Helensvale gyg as I always have gyg in multiple locations in Brisbane and it’s always great. I still love gyg but just not the Helensvale gyg.

Worst service ever - from my app my order was ready but NOT READY in the Shop. Have to wait more than 10min just standing front off staff. Female staff has pink long nail and didnt wearing any glove, touched all food and receipt.. wasnt hygiene at all..need to trained staff customer service. And food hygiene.Never go to there again. Disgusting service and disgusting pink long nail.

Girl cut me off 4 times with “anything else” before I could even finish ordering my first item don’t recommend. Food was okay but the young girl couldn’t even say hello

Terrible tacos, I paid $39 for two taco meals and our tacos where in the same box squeezed in together, barely any filling in any of them, half the salads where on top of the tortilla and not inside our tacos and asked for spicy chicken but no spicy sauce at all. Very disappointing when you pay so much for take out and expect a nice meal.

Have always received great food from the Helensvale branch but I do unfortunately have to make comment on the horrendous customer service from the order takers. When heading through drive through and confirming at payment staff member read out the order making numerous mistakes and correcting herself. To ensure I received the correct order I repeat it all correctly and she just stared with no confirmation that she had in fact taken that order down. I had to ask her is that what you’ve got in order to be sure my order was taken.This isn’t the first time I’ve had a similar experience at the counter which is really unfortunate given the quality of food.

I ordered nachos and I got half of a avocado was not mashed, so I went to smash it myself and it was frozen, I have put it in the microwave for 40 seconds and it is still solid, we also ordered a burrito and the avo in that was also frozen and not mashed properly and the chips had absolutely no flavour on them!!!

A very messy and poorly wrapped burrito, there was sauce and guac all over the outside of the wrap and on the inside of the aluminium.

Worst customer service I have EVER seen! My wife had to wait 30 mins after I already ate my food (after they gave her the wrong good). Wife went inside and told them order was wrong: young female worker snatched the food, walked off and continued with her food prep. Had to be asked “excuse me, I’m just standing here, what is going on?”. After NO apology, they stated they would walk outside and give us the food, after we sat down. Waited an additional 10mins after my wife walked in and saw her food on the counter. The young girl lied that she “went out looking for us” when we were sitting at the first table outside!! No apology, literarally shrugged their shoulders and said “yeah, it’s been busy”. Manager did not give one damn literally also shrugged his shoulders and walked off!!! Place is literally a zoo!!

After a 25 minute wait, went inside only to find out order was lost. Staff care factor was nonexistent at best with an insincere apology and offer to refund. Unable to rate food as i walked out.
