Kynd adds that personable touch. As a support worker I find the Kynd App easy to use, however if I need to phone or email, Kynd staff are quick to respond and assist. I love the fact that jobs are posted for you to see and reply to if they are of interest to you but most of all, I love the fact that Kynd staff may phone me and say words to the effect of - Hi Cheryl

Kynd has been a wonderful platform to use to engage an excellent support worker for my brother. Whenever we have to contact Kynd staff, they are really kind and understanding, and very helpful. With the Kynd App, it is really quick and easy to make an online booking with your preferred support worker, to ensure that your loved one with a disability, is engaged in meaningful life skills and activities. So happy we found Kynd!!!

I've used Kynd for a while now and find them to be a great platform for connecting me with clients seeking disability support. Their support team is really proactive and helpful, and the format makes finding clients quicker for both clients and support workers. I only wish more people knew about it!Really competitive in ease-of-use for confirming shifts and billing. Great for picking up extra support work jobs, but not currently enough people on the platform to support fulltime work (for me, at least! your mileage may vary).

I’ve been working with Kynd for nearly a year now. At the beginning they would contact me by phone to see how I was going. On many occasions I have had questions and the Kynd team has always been able to cheerfully help me out. I can’t over emphasise how great they are to work for.

I have been using the Kynd Platform for about 2 years. Recently I was approached by a client. I have been doing a little bit of work with her.Kynd has been helpful in that they do the invoicing and on one occasion have helped me with a tricky situation.It is a shame that when I have contacted potential clients that the majority don't get back to me with any reply. It would be nice to get a short message back such as Thank you for your interest in the position however

It has been a rewarding decision to offer my services as an independent support worker via the online platform Kynd. The customer service I continue to receive is always impressive, prompt and personalised. The rates are competitive and fair and the app is so easy to use. It simplifies the process and I can focus more on achieving positive outcomes with the individuals I support.

Leaps and bounds ahead of their competitors, Kynd is an excellent organisation, the people there are amazing, especially Jess who always goes above and beyond to help. Payments are never an issue, always on time and always accurate. Timesheet process is seamless compare to other similar providers. Even the on boarding process was efficient and easy. I would not hesitate to recommend using Kynd as part of your resources to connect with clients and support workers. The client descriptions are always accurate, the staff treat you with respect and there has always been a feeling of equality when dealing with them. They may only be a smaller fish in the pond however this has been a strength for them I feel, we are other similar providers have grown too big and have lost that personal connection with their support workers and clients that Kynd seem to have successfully retained throughout their growth. On top of all this their commission rate, or service fees, are lower than others which means more of my hard earned money back in my pocket. Without being said they deserve every cent that they get. I have been with Kynd now for over 12 months and I still remember how supportive and caring they were in the first few months especially when I was still finding my feet, checking in with me after meet and greets and first sessions to make sure that I was coping well. In my perspective is from a support worker point of you, however the clients that I have worked with have also spoken highly of Kynd time and time again, especially with regard to Jess, I know that I have already said it but it is definitely worth saying again that Jess is amazing, easy to work with, always accessible for assistance and always super obliging to help in anyway that she can. Thank you Kynd for being a lighthouse in this industry, a true example of someone walking there talk, meeting and exceeding expectations, staying humble in the process, and doing everything in every way better than their competitors. I have tried several and not one of them has been even in the same ballpark as Kynd. If you are eager to build the right foundations as you grow your support work business, I highly recommend Kynd. I am very particular in my expectations and Kynd has never let me down. Thank you to the team at Kynd, you guys deserve every bit of success that comes your way.
