We used KC Constructions to rebuild external masonry entrance stairs for an old building that was not without its challenges! Chris and the team were highly professional, hard-working, polite and friendly. The quality of the job was excellent and they managed to rebuild in keeping with the style & finishes of the original. I have since used them again and would highly recommend the company.

Recently I had the pleasure of having an upstairs ensuite constructed by Chris and his team at KC Constructions.The position of the ensuite was particularly challenging in its conception, design and construction. It required imagination and enthusiasm for the build but most importantly patience and perseverance and Chris and his team delivered that in spades.The project needed to go into the roof line which presented challenges in both height and space. We tried for a number of years to get a builder to come and discuss the build of what we desired and to give us a quote but no one was willing to do this.That was a fruitless exercise until Chris came along and from the initial face to face contact he oozed confidence and gave us the surety he knew what he was talking about which gave us the confidence that he was the builder we wanted to deal with.From the initial design and start of construction I knew we had made the right decision and Chris, Wayne and the team displayed a high degree of professionalism in their work, care at every step of the way and made sure we were part of the thought processes all the way through the build.Because of the difficulty of the build a number of changes had to be made to the design but nothing was ever a problem for Chris and the team and the suggestions they came up with only enhanced the end result.Both Karen and I remain amazed on how well Chris dealt with us and how loyal his team are to him and how much respect they showed us and each other.We are so pleased that we had the good fortune of meeting and engaging Chris to do our work. Sometimes you can be lucky and the guy upstairs looks favorably down on you to help you, well we were very fortunate in this case.Both Karen and I highly recommend Chris and KC Constructions for any build you may have.

It was a pleasure dealing with Brooke , who just had a baby girl , with Chris and the whole KC constructions team . Our renovation project was completed right on time a few days before Xmass .
