I visited there around 10:20AM for changing my screen protector and the staff said it takes couple of hours(I don't understand why it takes few hours) so I've waited at home until 4pm but they still didn't message me so I called them but the shop was already closed. They didn't change the screen protector for about 6hours!!! and their opening hours is different with Google!! I spoke one of staff here last week and he said if I visit there in the morning then I can get back my phone in a same day so I went to there in the morning but I didn't get my phone back. Therefore, I don't have my phone now without any notice. Terrible!!!! Changing screen protector in Korea takes only 10min so I really don't understand why it takes over 1 day!!! Super slow and terrible of terrible service!!

Don't go through TECWORKs to resolve issues with your Samsung phone.Tried to charge me $865 to fix cracked corner on the back of the Fold3 case while failing to diagnose the actual blue-tooth fault for almost 2 months until returned it a 3rd time.Presenting the fault directly to receptionists and how to replicate it is pointless. They will do everything in their power to stick to the script for obscure issues.Terrible communication between TECWORKs and Samsung after initial false assessment has been made.

Dropped off my kid's tablet because of the power port being lose and not being able to charge. They sent it back with all the scratch marks from them opening the tablet and telling me I need a new LCD screen too. Returned in worse state. Not sending anything there in the future.

I dropped my phone off at 10am last Thursday. Was assured the phone would be assessed that day and I would be called to advise the status. Rang Friday morning. Phone not looked at Thursday despite promises. Assured me it would be looked at Friday and I would be called. No phone call on Friday.Following my review being posted on Monday, I received a call from the east Coast manager who assured me the phone has been inspected and were awaiting parts. He indicated I should have been called but new staff weren't aware of the correct procedure. These things happen I said. To their credit Tecworks repaired the phone within one day and kept me fully informed. I collected the phone yesterday and it seems to be working well.I'd say a professional outfit but need to improve on their communications with their customers. Informed customers understand delays etc. Uninformed customers rightly get annoyed.

EDIT: Techworks response is childish to assume we expect them to work for free. What we expect is for them to honour the warranty repair they said they would do. Note: the Oxford dictionary definition of damage is physical harm that impairs the value

Great service from the staff out front. I managed to get my Samsung Flip3 screen protector replaced while I waited. I dropped a star as I didn't appreciate the tech person changing the settings on my phone without advising me.

Extremely disappointing as they initially they said our repair guy said there is no camera issue, then when i showd them the issue they say we will book you in and may take a week. If samsung is keeping such poorly skilled repairers then probably they are doomed to fail. Samsung has disappointed me as a brand.never going to buy samsung again

had minor water moisture damage to the phone S21 and ask them to clean it and replace battery. The quote over the phone was $100 for battery replacement and service will be covered by Samsung ( Told them bought from online).Then I received surprising quote $1010 saying that fingerprint scanner and camera are not working. When I told them to send it back, they ask $80. When I receive the phone, it doent even boot and completely stopped working.They dont even have skill to seal the phone back.They destroyed my phone with unskilled trained or accidently damaged the phone.AVOID this.Job 966170

Useless customer service... Looks like some non-english speaking on the call. Which is not the problem but Half of the time they cannot understand what you are explaining about the problem, they struggle with basic communication. My issue was main camera not working. I gave to Samsung helpdesk in a shopping centre, where the technician clearly saw the issue and said its blurry and we need to send to repair. 2 days later got a call from Tecworks saying the camera is working fine. I repeated myself several times to take a picture of something as Samsung helpdesk guy himself confirmed issue with the camera. Still they are sending it back as they failed to see any issue. Now i have wasted a week without phone and lost all data as they erase for privacy reasons. So all this headache for literally just returning my phone back without fixing it. One lady who called me was so rude and lacked basic manners in customer service, i had to point out her rude behaviour on the call, but she wont even understand that. Hope Samsung finds better techs to get the job done. Cheers
