Flowers from interstate ordered through interflora arrived and nothing like the flowers pictured. Very small arrangement of average flowers that was excessively overpriced. No satisfaction from Jan's or interflora. Very disappointed.

I had the great pleasure of dealing with Jan to arrange a mothers day gift for my wife. Although I rang Jan late to arrange it, she was extremely helpful and has saved me from the severe frostbite I would have suffered from my wife's cold shoulder had the flowers and wine not arrived (flowers looked sensational). Jan I am forever in your debt!!! I can not recommended her more highly.

My sister opened up a new business and I wanted to surprise her with some flowers or a new plant for her office. Jan's flower shop were amazing with their service and the variety is amazing! I couldn't decided but eventually picked the Madonna lily" plant. With my years experience as an assistant and having to order flowers online etc especially when sending them in another state (I live in NSW) Jan's has been the BEST place I've ever dealt with!! Keep up the great work Jan's!! My sister called me crying happy and grateful! Madonna is sitting at her reception desk being showed off."
